Ingrid Sjodahl Photography (Hi, that’s me!) has over 15 years experience shooting editorial, fashion, families and branding sessions while Rebecca (That Achelles Girl) has worked with over 100 brands to date, creating both; ads for product-based businesses and filming reels in-person with service-based businesses.

WHO THIS SUITS?
Entrepreneurs, Coaches, Creatives, Fashion boutiques, Cafes and restaurants and even beauty therapists and salon owners. We can come to you or you can hire a space of your choosing! We also have Ingrid’s photography studio to shoot in (Terrigal-based) if that’s a better fit for you.
The ‘EXPRESS’ session is great for those who want to cap their content creation session to just 3 or 4 hours. You may already have a good bank of content to choose from and just need a ‘top-up’.
Approximately half the time will be spent shooting with Ingrid and half your session will be spent with Rebecca, focusing on reels and video content. However, this can be catered to YOU and what you need from the session. If your priority is reels and videos then we can spend more time on that and less on photos for example. There is also the option to ‘add-on’ extra videos and/or extra editing of video concepts - outside of your shoot. Same goes for photo options.
The ‘DELUXE’ session allows for more time (6 hrs instead of 3) and therefore, MORE content.
While it’s difficult to say exactly how many videos we will film together, as filming and editing times depend on the complexity of each video concept, we will guarantee 4 - 6 x fully edited reels with the longer, deluxe package PLUS all of the raw footage which includes behind-the-scenes.
The express package allows for 2 - 3 x fully edited reels concepts plus all the raw footage.

Yay! Send us an enquiry here and tell us about you and your business. we’ll help you select the right date, package and location for you and your business needs. We usually book 4–6 weeks in advance, but let me know if you need a shoot urgently.

On the photoshoot day, you'll enjoy a dual experience with professional photos taken by Ingrid and content creation by Rebecca, who will film behind-the-scenes videos throughout your session & plan the edited video concept(s). You'll have the opportunity for a few outfit changes, please see our FAQ’s below for exactly how many is achievable. We encourage you to bring along props like your laptop, notepad, vases, and accessories to personalize your session.
On the day of the shoot, you will receive the unedited (raw) video footage airdropped to your phone (for iphone users only) for immediate use. For any videos requiring editing, please allow a 72 hr turnaround however Rebecca will deliver them sooner, if possible. If you do not have an iphone, the raw, unedited videos will be uploaded to a shared google drive folder within 24 hrs - & the extra edited video(s) concepts require 72 hrs.
Your edited proof gallery of photos will be available within a week, and once you select your hero images, they will be fully edited within approximately 10 days. All images will come with commercial copyright licensing, allowing you to share them on your website, social media, LinkedIn, PR, and more.

Please kindly narrow down your outfits to 3 ‘looks’ for the ‘EXPRESS’ session and up to 6 for the ‘DELUXE’ session. We will chat about this more on our zoom meeting, before the shoot but if it’s something you’re struggling with, we can have an extra video call together just to help you with your outfits and styling.
How many outfits should I bring?

It’s unlikely they’ll all be edited on the spot, please allow for up to 72 hrs to receive the edited concepts. It really depends on how the session runs and whether there’s sufficient time for Rebecca to sit and edit the reel(s) before we finish.
For context, one reel can take 15 mins to 1 hr to edit to completion - depending on the complexity. Captions and hook suggestions will be delivered in a word doc that you can easily copy/paste from, approximately 72 hours after our content day.
